Digital goods & right of withdrawal

All products are digital downloads. Delivery happens by email immediately after purchase, no physical item is shipped. By completing the purchase you agree that the content is delivered right away; for delivered digital content the statutory right of withdrawal expires with delivery (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB and equivalent EU rules). If a file is broken or a link expires, write to info@tamtamcorp.online and you will get a replacement, and if a product is genuinely not as described, a refund.
